Nutritional Therapy

As Nutritional Therapists, our basic goal is to support and encourage our clients to become knowledgeable about and responsible for their own health, and to bring it to a personal optimum level. Nutritional therapy is designed to improve your health, but is not designed to treat any specific disease or medical condition. However, evaluation of current medications is utilized to assess nutritional deficiencies. Reaching the goal of optimum health, absent other non-nutritional complicating factors, requires a sincere commitment from you, possible lifestyle changes, and a positive attitude.

Certified Gluten Practitioner (CGP)

Certified Gluten Practitioners have been trained to look for gluten sensitivity that can manifest itself in many different ways; know why many people who go "gluten-free" continue to be sick; and are aware of autoimmune issues that should be checked for gluten sensitivity.

We see our clients as individuals, each with their own nutritional needs. Using functional medicine techniques, we look beyond our clients' symptoms with the goal of assessing what are the underlying nutritional deficiencies. Tools such as functional evaluations, blood tests, genetic testing, stool tests, and hair mineral analyses provide information in developing guidelines for improvement.
